Your mileage will vary depending on how you drive and maintain your vehicle, driving conditions and other factors. I was still happy to have my cars serviced there however, after this experience and complete lack of customer service I will no longer be a customer of Flow Honda.2022 Models - Based on 2022 EPA mileage ratings. I have purchased 3 Hondas in the last several years - all from other dealerships as Flow didn't negotiate. We have contacted another local dealership and they were aware of the issue and resolution, worked me into the schedule and had my car repaired within a few hours. Now 5 business days later, still nothing. I was in work meetings the next morning, so my husband called and left another message. When I hadn't heard from Jason by 6pm I called again and was told he was with a customer but would call before leaving. I requested to speak to the service manager and was assured that Jason would call me by end of business. They suggested I rent a car as they didn't currently have a loaner - even though this is a Honda issue. I called Honda back and asked for them to keep the car until they could duplicate the issue and resolve, but since this is a factory problem I need a loaner vehicle. However, the problem continued and after researching it seems this is a known issue with the auto shutdown when stopped. They serviced the car and said it needed system updates and now it was fine. I have a 2019 Honda Pilot that has started moving to neutral and shutting down while at a stop sign or intersection. Unfortunately, the good experience is with standard service. I have worked with Flow Honda Service for years and have always had great experiences. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Flow Honda, if you will be an out of state buyer. If I had done it myself, I would have my permanent tags. When I purchased the car I had the expectation of managing the registration and tags myself since I was an out of state buyer but Flow told me they could manage it. It would have been nice if someone had reached out to me to tell me there had been a delay with Beacon and I may not receive my permanent license plates prior to the expiration of the temp tag. What a nice gesture?!…who wants to deal with that inconvenience. When I expressed my concern about the temporary tag being expired and not being able to drive the car legally, they said that if I received a ticket they would reimburse me. I was advised that there had been a delay with Beacon but the tags have been mailed and I should receive them soon. I reached out to Flow to inquire about the status of my permanent tags. Fast forward and my temporary tag is now expired. I kindly declined going to a local dealer to ask them to provide the hardware and asked Flow to send the hardware to me, which they did. Flow said that it would take some time to get the hardware but I could go to a local Honda dealer and ask them to provide me with the hardware. I reached out to Flow regarding the missing hardware. I received the front plate bracket sooner than expected only to realize there was no hardware to attach the bracket or the license plate. I reached out to Flow and they said it may take some time to get but they would mail a front plate bracket to me. When I returned home, I realized that I did not have a front plate bracket. The process started out great, they were upfront with pricing and availability. Purchased a 2022 Honda Civic as an out of state buyer in September.
